The first part includes identification of basic concepts and divisions, concerning enterprises, law forms, property structures and types of financing. And the second part, which is practical, is a questionaire survey carried out in the czech building market and its main aim is to compare differences in building enterprises.

The thesis contains theoretical knowledge concerning the basic concepts related to the business plan. Subsequently, these terms are applied in the practical part, which deals with the creation of a real business plan with the calculation of costs for its implementation and subsequent economic evaluation.

This bachelor’s thesis “Performer and Law” should serve as a legal guide for all the performers who get in touch with law in many different situations, often while even not knowing it. Individual sections deal with topics such as copyright law – authors’ rights and related rights, tax law and social security law.
Step by step the text describes the situations that performer could be involved in due to his or her activity, all the rights and duties steaming from these situations and procedure to exercise those rights or performs those duties.
The author’s aim is to familiarize people, who haven’t ever handled with law, with this huge phenomenon. Therefore, there is a comprehensible language used in this thesis, instead of that used in professional legal literature.

Position of social enterpreneurship in european regions

The main goal of my Diploma thesis is to describe current position of social enterprises in chosen European regions on the basis of questionnaire survey and statistical data. The respondents who were asked for answers are representatives of organisations providing support services for social enterprises. They are experts in the field and could answer on the basis of their long-time experience. The first, theoretical part of the thesis consists of definition and explanations of basic terms needed for understanding the concept of social economy and social enterprises. In this part traditional approaches, history, development and legal backgrounds are described. The second, practical part describes the main questions of research, describe respondents´ answers and on the basis of it the results are compared and evaluated. At the end of the thesis final summary is written and recommendations are suggested.

Legal Aspects of Price Regulation in Electricity and Gas Sector The aim of the thesis is to provide a legal analysis of contemporary price regulation in electricity and gas sector in the Czech Republic. Under the current legal framework of Third Energy Package and the national pricing and energy legislation, the price regulation is most commonly used for natural monopolies which are in in electricity and gas sector represented by the operators of the transmission and distribution systems. From the material aspects, the regulated prices shall cover the economically justified costs to ensure safe and efficient performance of licensed activities, as well as depreciation and reasonable profit to ensure return on investments. From a formal point of view, the administrative acts of price regulation are, in accordance with contemporary case law, considered as normative administrative acts. Nevertheless, the thesis is also considering the other forms of administrative action for the performance of price regulation and the possible review of administrative acts of price regulation.

The bachelor thesis analyzes the cooperation of municipalities between themselves or with other entities. Next goal is setting reasons which led them to using exactly this type of cooperation and reasons which led the members to join the association. The basic components of this thesis are evaluation of the present situation, benefits for their members, projects of this cooperation that has already been done and some recommendation from their members, in case they have comments.

Annotation
The thesis "Economy of theatre foundation" aims to show all the contingencies that should be done before founding the theater, but not in the sense of artistic vision or permission from the competent authorities, but on the basis of calculations, analyzes, calculations and considerations, how the theater should be working effectively.
The work is mainly focused on the part of the budget devoted to the main activity, which is further divided into fixed costs and the variable factors such as number of artistic and technical employees, the number of seats in the auditorium, ticket price, number of playing days and attendance.
Then, based on these funds, we can see, how big the influence of the different variables is on the overall result of the budget theater.
One chapter is also devoted to human resources that are closely connected to the budget, not only because they often represent more than two thirds of its value.
For your convenience, as an example we worked out a plan of a new private theater in Pilsen, which should be provided with facilities for the activity from a private investor.
In conclusion of the thesis we can see proposal of an ideal solution to the situation.
